Dear Valued Client,

At MH Markets, delivering reliable infrastructure and consistent execution quality is a priority we take seriously. As part of this ongoing commitment, we are updating our hyperactivity guidelines to help reduce server load and maintain platform stability for all clients.

What is a hyperactive account?
Per MetaQuotes' industry guidelines, an account is classified as hyperactive when it generates between 3,000 and 5,000 server messages per day. At MH Markets, we apply more conservative internal thresholds to balance trading flexibility with platform performance.

Effective August 1st, 2026, the below updated thresholds will apply:

  • 5,000 server messages/day — A warning will be issued
  • 10,000 server messages/day — The account will be automatically disabled

(The activity counters will be reset to 0 automatically after 24 hours of no trading activity.)

Note: The use of EAs that generate excessive order frequency, particularly when trading micro lots, is strongly discouraged, as this can significantly impact server performance and execution quality across the platform.

These measures are in place to ensure consistent performance and reliable execution for every client on MH Markets. If you have any questions or need assistance, our support team is here to help.

Warm regards,
MH Markets
